Shipping

The shipping policy applies to all orders placed on angustsui.com. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Hong Kong Orders

Complimentary shipping applies to all Hong Kong orders, the orders are shipped with SF Express. This express service delivers within approximately 1 to 2 business days.

International Orders

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over 500 USD, International orders are shipped with DHL Express.

For orders under 500 USD, person or company that receives packages will pay delivery fees at the time the packages are received.

Duties & Taxes

Delivery outside of the Hong Kong area may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.

Order Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched on the next business day Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) depending on the time you place your order relative to Hong Kong time (this is where your order is being shipped from).

Track My Order

Once received, all orders are dispatched between 10:00am and 2:00pm GMT+8 Monday through Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received after 2:00pm GMT+8 will be dispatched the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.

Returns

Return Your Order

Please register your return in the following form with the reasons for returns. You will find your order number in your order confirmation email.

  • Products can only be refunded or exchanged provided that they have been unwashed, unworn or unused, and are in their original selling conditions with all tags and packing (if applicable) intact.

  • Save for quality problems, each item can only be returned or exchanged once. Items that have been exchanged cannot be returned.

  • When you exchange or return the item(s), we will bear the shipping fee of shipping the item(s) to our warehouse as well as from our warehouse to your mailing address through S.F. Express. Our team will contact you for the shipping detail and arrangement after the return form is submitted.

  • If there is any dispute, ANGUS TSUI LIMITED reserves the right of final decision.
